Appointments can be booked through our booking page. After booking, you’ll receive a follow-up email with location details and appointment preparation information.
Gel X services typically take 2–3 hours, depending on length and design. Press-on sets are completed within one week after design confirmation.
We don’t accept walk-ins. Appointments are required so we can provide a personalized, one-on-one experience.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We understand that unexpected things come up, so there’s no fee for cancellations. That said, repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to restrictions on future bookings.
Due to the custom nature of nail services and press-on sets, refunds are not available. However, we’re happy to offer exchanges or adjustments. Please reach out if you have any concerns, and we’ll do our best to help.

Each Gel X service includes nail prep, tip application, shaping, and your chosen design. Complimentary snacks and drinks are also available!
When applied and removed properly, Gel X extensions do not damage your natural nails. Following proper aftercare and using professional removal methods will help keep your nails healthy.
Our 1-month warranty covers nails that break or chip from normal wear. Repairs within one month of your appointment are free of charge.

Press-on nails are custom-made, reusable, waterproof sets designed for easy application. They offer a quick and convenient way to achieve salon-quality nails at home or on the go. With proper application and care, they can last 2-4 weeks.
Press-on sets include custom sizing, your chosen design, and a full application kit with a nail file, nail glue, and cuticle oil.
